Every one is always extremely kind, patient, and understanding. It's clear they love animals and are doing their best to help. Waiting periods are not long - very efficient. The doctors are always warm, gentle, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Paar especially has been amazing. She helped initially treat my cat and even after she was transferred to a new team she still followed up and even came and spoke with me when I had to bring the cat in for an additional complication.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I loved the coffee machine in the corner. Excellent way for nocturnal clients like yours truly, who had a morning appointment.
The doctors and staff at Bideawee are always wonderful. My cat is very well taken care of here. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly, and when it's been urgent I've been able to take my cat in the same day. It's a terrific place.

I so truly believe in Bideawee's standards of care that I recently tried to talk a woman bringing a tiny, newly-adopted kitten into my apartment building that she should go there for her new pet's care.
