Pet Loss Support   Bideawee knows that pets are important members of the family. Saying goodbye to our loving animal companions can be a tough and very emotional journey. Bideawee U - A Learning Center for Pets and People hosts pet loss support groups that bring people together who are experiencing grief and mourning that come with the loss of a beloved pet.   The Bideawee U Pet Loss Support program is a free service that convenes at all three of Bideawee's locations - Manhattan, Wantagh and Westhampton on a monthly basis.  Each support group is attended by individuals that have recently experienced the loss of a pet.  The groups are facilitated by one of Bideawee U's qualified volunteers who specialize in animal bereavement or are Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW).   If you have an interest in attending one of the meetings at a Bideawee near you please call 866-262-8133 for more information on meeting dates and times.
