Happy Tails

We love to hear the latest news from adopters and their Bideawee babies!

Brooklyn (Cat)

I just came across your email address and thought you would like to see some current Brooklyn pictures. See is totally adorable and feisty! Seriously she thinks she is a dog. When the doorbell rings she runs to it. It is soo cute. I am soo sad Rainy Janey is still for adoption.

Foxy (Dog)

I just wanted to thank the folks at Bideawee for Foxy. I took her home
with me last Wednesday and she's already a major part of my life.
She's acclimated well and is doing well with her housebreaking. I have
to add that she's suddenly a HUGE fan of taking walks and loves to
play outside.

Hope you enjoy the pics. Thanks again.

Millie (Cat)

We love her. She sleeps with me and then when someone wakes up in the
morning, she goes downstairs to eat.

She eats and drinks well. Has a habit of dipping the side of her face in the water bowl. She's a little bit of a beggar and sometimes jumps on the table when we eat, but she's learning not to - haha

Julius (Cat)

Thanks for my wonderful kitten, formerly known as Carlin, brother of Jiminy. (We've decided to rename him Julius, by the way--)

I don't know if he's just naturally sweet & affectionate, or if it's the result of all the loving care and kindness he received at Bideawee, but he's a complete doll-- happy, playful, and constantly purring. (And, he eats like a horse!)

Daisy (Dog)

Daisy celebrated her first Chanukah which included many toys, clothes, and treats. As she feels it important to watch her terrier-mix figure, there was moderation during the holiday season on the treats, and more indulgence of baby carrots, and water. December was also a fairly wet month, so what better than some rain gear for those days when nature calls, as nature ordered a northeaster or two.

Overall, Daisy continues to thrive in her new home, enjoying her walks on the beach, her new friends, and even some planned play dates in 2010 (no kidding). All of my mother’s neighbors now know her, and some even fear her, as she announces her presence without hesitation.

As without saying, Hope and I look forward to seeing her, however, Adam and Daisy have really developed a nice bond where they sleep together (with Grandma), play all day, take walks together. Adam has even learned how to feed Daisy, and understand her wants. My mother can’t stop talking about Daisy, enjoys her company, and as a teacher, is convinced she will teach her to read. Given my mother taught me to read, a have the greatest confidence Daisy will be reading The Good Earth by the coming summer.

Brooklyn (Cat)

I just want to thank you all at Bideawee so much for helping me find Brooklyn this year. I love him so so much and I'd like to think that he's pretty happy himself. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday!

Warmest regards,

Vanessa
