Halo is a victim of the worst kind of abuse...
Just a young baby, our little one-year-old kitten, Halo, was thrown from a multi-story building. Falling from a high story in a multi-level building, she suffers from a shattered and fractured leg. Halo laid there suffering and hobbling around in the street until she was found by a pet lover who turned her into a local city shelter. Unfortunately, the city shelter could not give her the necessary medical care that was needed. Once Bideawee learned about this poor innocent cat, we immediately rescued and rushed her in to our clinic for serious medical care.
Halo is pretty shaken up by this horrible act of abuse. She is a really sweet cat and doesn't deserve what has happened to her. We are providing the love and care this cat needs to heal. Not only does she have a fractured leg, but her spirits have been shattered by this act of cruelty. Her diagnosis looks good, but we will not be sure until her fracture has completely healed. She is in pain, but allows our staff to change her bandages on a regular basis - she understands that we are trying to help and comfort her.
Halo is lucky to have survived this fall. Many others are not so lucky. Please help us help Halo and other victims of abuse.
