Thank you for your interest in helping dogs and cats in need, however, we are pausing the recruitment of new volunteers. Please click on your location (Manhattan / Wantagh / Westhampton), submit your email address and we will be in touch when we begin accepting new applications. We look forward to welcoming you to the Bideawee volunteer family in the near future.

Thank you so much for your interest in our Foster Program. Due to an overwhelming response and surge in applications, we will be temporarily closing our application at this time. Concern about human-animal transmission of the Coronavirus: There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be transmitted from animals to humans at this time. We strongly recommend that all pet owners develop a care plan for your pet(s). For more information about Covid-19 and animals, click here.

Please know that we are actively practicing social distancing at all Bideawee facilities to ensure the health of our staff and visitors. We ask that you adhere to our processes when visiting and that during any in-person interactions you keep a distance of 6ft or more. If you are not feeling well, please do not make appointments or plan to visit our facilities until you are feeling better. Thank you in advance for working with us to ensure we can continue to find homes for the animals in our care.
