Finn (aka Chef)

Hard to believe a year has passed. Finn came home with me on April 26, 2025, from his temporary safe haven at Bideawee (preceded by a prior stay at Peewee’s Rescue in Texas). New York was a long way from the southwest, where I think he spent most if not all of his previous 9-10 years.
He has adjusted well and has now become a real New Yorker, knowing his way around the concrete sidewalks of his new home turf while easing past our street-smart pigeons on his neighborhood walks.
Finn spent a few weeks of summer at Lake George and really seemed to enjoy the feel of dirt and grass under his feet. Back in the city, he faced a very cold NY winter, and what may have been his first snow adventures.
We have both settled into our daily routines together, glad that we found each other.
