After my family dog passed away, my boyfriend and I knew we wanted to welcome another dog into our lives. We had been searching for a while and were so excited when we discovered all the adorable pups on the Bideawee website. The moment we saw Gigi’s sweet face, we knew we had to learn more. We even picked up the phone right away to call for additional information! When the staff described her as a happy, friendly little girl, we had a feeling she was “the one.” We walked into the Chelsea clinic, and it was love at first sight. The Bideawee team spent over an hour with us—answering questions, letting us walk her, giving us time alone, and even playing with toys together—so we could really get to know her. She was shy at first, but once we took her outside, her personality came alive, and we knew she belonged with us.
Gigi has only been with us for two months, but it feels like she’s been part of our family forever. Within just a few days, she was zooming around the apartment and playing with her toys like she’d always been home. At night, she loves curling up in a little ball and snuggling close to her mom and dad, and during the day, she can’t get enough of making new friends. Gigi absolutely loves other dogs and the dog park—she’s the most social pup and brings so much joy and energy to our lives. Our favorite part of every day is when we come home from work and she puts her paws on our shoulders, showering us with kisses while we scratch her back and belly.
