Bideawee Animal Shelter is excited to provide a $50.00 discount on full-price adoption fees for cats and dogs for all NYCHA residents.

• NYCHA residents should mention this promotion at the time of adoption to ensure that their adoption discount is redeemed.
• All animals are eligible for the discount, including pets in foster care or featured in mobile adoption events.

Please note that Bideawee is required to follow NYCHA’s pet policy guidelines for all adoptions, and adoptions must be approved by the shelter at the time of the adoption counseling session.

Regular Adoption Fees (before the $50.00 NYCHA Resident discount):

Dogs

Puppies under 6 months – $425
Adult dogs under 40 lbs – $325
*There is an additional $8.50 dog license registration fee required for those who adopt a dog.

Cats

Kittens less than 6 months – $205
Adult cats – $175
Senior cats greater than 7 years – $85
