pteri tea rose max a.k.a. pteribird

pteribird came into our lives on march 29,2012. sadly, she passed away on july 12, 2014. she was grace, beauty, and love. sick from day one, as a result of inbreeding, liver disease, and muscle weaknesses, she embraced every day that her body let her. she was as committed to us as we were to her. she hung onto life because she knew we needed her so. her courage and trust were humbling and we feel honored to have shared what little time she was given, with her. we believe that she sent magic mikey, our special need senior bird to us, so that he, and we, could heal. the bond is forever and forever is not long enough to love her, rest in peace, sweet angel.
