Bideawee knows that pets are important members of the family. Saying goodbye to our loving pets can be a tough and very emotional journey. Bideawee hosts pet loss support groups that bring people together who are experiencing grief and mourning that come with the loss of a beloved pet.
The Bideawee Pet Loss Support program is a free virtual service via zoom which takes place a few times a year. Each support group is attended by a small group of individuals that have recently experienced the loss of a pet. The groups are facilitated by one of Bideawee’s qualified volunteers who specialize in animal bereavement. All sessions are required, you won’t be able to attend if you can’t commit to all sessions as this is the best way to promote healing as a group. Sessions are about 1 hour.
The next Pet Loss Support Group will be held via zoom at 1pm on the following Sundays: January 5, 12, 19, 26, and February 2. All sessions are required, you won’t be able to attend if you can’t commit to all sessions as this is the best way to promote healing as a group.
All participants must sign the Pet Loss Support Group Rules & Regulations document before attending a group. The form can be viewed below and will be sent via DocuSign for signature after your registration form is received.
