Anne Smith

For over thirty years, Bideawee has given me a huge gift—the gift of loving sweet and oftentimes very funny companions. On my initial visit to Bideawee all those years ago, Domino, a tuxedo cat, and Hannibal, a tabby cat, and I first met. I had just moved to NYC and wanted to continue having animals in my life, so I took those two home! Since then, the extraordinary staff at Bideawee has guided me in meeting new cats. I have been fortunate to also live with Charlie, Sophie, and currently Bud and Petey.

Bideawee’s work saves the lives of innocent animals. My hope is for more animals to be saved, cared for, and have long, loving lives. Bideawee’s work continues 24/7 and is expensive. As an acknowledgment of that work, and in gratitude for what Bideawee has provided me, I have included them in my estate plans to give back to an institution that gives us all so much.

When you include Bideawee in your estate plans, you become a member of the Flora Kibbe Society, which recognizes the compassionate supporters who have ensured the future of our organization by supporting Bideawee in this way.
