My fiancé and I recently moved in together and decided that there was no better way to make a house a home than by adopting a pup. We came across Bideawee during one of our online searches (and are so happy we did!) and decided to take a trip to their Manhattan location. When we arrived at Bideawee, we were immediately struck with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They had us fill out some paperwork and then took us on a walk through the kennels to view the adoptable dogs. As soon as we made our way into the main kennel, the love of my life, Ophelia (formerly known as Tea) caught my eye and I knew I had found the one! We were able to take her to the playroom to spend some time with her and we quickly decided that she would be coming home with us. She was spayed and microchipped, already knew how to sit, and was clearly loved and very well-cared for by the staff. The staff made the entire process so easy and seamless.
Ophelia is a 5-month-old lab mix who was rescued from a shelter down south. She is sweet, smart and loves to give kisses! She has already brought our family so much joy and made our holiday season so special. I am so excited for her future – to watch her grow, learn and be a part of all our memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better companion or experience, and I would highly recommend Bideawee to anyone looking for a four-legged best friend!
