Bideawee Ball 2019

The Bideawee Ball is our premier event of the year, and every year, it is our honor to share the evening with the two and four-legged guests who fuel our mission, inspire our growth, and keep us reaching toward bigger, better, and brighter goals.  This year, the event raised more than $660,000, a record amount that will help us save even more animals. The event also served as the backdrop for the unveiling of our brand new logo and tagline.  Our new vibrant colors represent the growth and renewal that symbolize our vision for the next century. The word Bideawee actually means “Stay a While” in Scottish, and as we gear up for the next 116 years, we hope you’ll do just that.

Thank you to our host, MSNBC Chief Meteorologist, Janice Huff, our honorees, Ted and Alyssa Moudis, AIA, and Sydney B. Ireland, our gala committee and co-chairs, our Board of Directors, and all the staff, volunteers and guests who filled the room with positive energy, generosity and lots of well-dressed pups.
